The Mayo Clinic Center for Individualized Medicine (CIM) encourages members of the multi-disciplinary care team and workforce of the future to attend the Individualizing Medicine Conference (#CIMCON2023).
We encourage interested individuals to apply for a scholarship to cover the cost of live attendance at the conference in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Travel and other expenses are not included.
Applications are accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis, so please apply early. Final application deadline is Sunday, April 16, 2023.
Information needed to complete application includes a statement of interest in individualized medicine/goals for attending conference, (max characters: 1750), a statement of financial need, and a resume/CV. A letter of support from faculty or supervisor is optional.
