If it is feasible for you to do so, we invite you to join us for an outdoor block-party-style event at a Mayo Clinic campus to connect with colleagues while enjoying food, prizes, games and entertainment.
- Wednesday, Sept. 18, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., in Rochester.
- Wednesday, Sept. 25, 3 to 8 p.m., in Jacksonville.
- Tuesday, Oct. 22, 3 to 8 p.m., in Phoenix.
Remote staff are also invited to join colleagues online on this website for a specially designed virtual celebration. Fully remote staff who live 50+ miles from Rochester, Jacksonville and Phoenix will also receive an email with details about a gift card for a free lunch. Remote staff in Mayo Clinic Health System are invited to attend their local events.

As we come together to celebrate at our upcoming appreciation events, let's also take a moment to express our gratitude for one another.
Staff who send an Above and Beyond Recognition or e-card from the enhanced Recognition Platform by Sept. 30 can choose a belt bag or a baseball hat as a token of appreciation for recognizing a colleague. Read the details.
If you recognize a colleague before your local event, you may pick up your gift at the staff appreciation event in the Mayo Clinic Recognition tent.
If you're unable to collect your gift at the event or work at an off-site location, you will receive an email with instructions on how to have your gift mailed to your home address.

Who will receive the digital gift card?
Gift cards are intended to take the place of the on-site meal and will only be sent to staff who don't have
access to an in-person event (work fully remotely and live beyond a 50-mile radius of Mayo Clinic's campuses in
Rochester, Jacksonville and Phoenix). Remote staff in Mayo Clinic Health System are invited to attend their
local events.
